"Reaching In"
IBOC Deaf Ministry
The IBOC Deaf Ministry helps individuals with a hearing impairment develop their own personal walk with the LORD JESUS CHRIST through the use of sign language. The word of GOD instructs us to go out into the world and preach the gospel to every creature. In order to preach and teach, one must be able to reach. So, we give GOD all the Glory for this area in our ministry to reach all HE will bless to be in our midst.
IBOC Foundation
Dr. Rickie G. Rush-pastor and founder of IBOC, formally organized the Men’s Ministry in 1996. The "BOCMen" soon learned they were to be in position as the foundation of the church. A Holy Spirit movement transpired and the males officially crossed over from boyhood into manhood where they gladly put away childish things to become mature men of God. (I Corinthians 13:11) The vision of the Men’s Ministry is to bring men to their rightful position in the Body of Christ. Since its inception, the men of IBOC serve major roles in all aspects of the ministry. The Men’s Ministry meets every Friday night at 7:00 p.m. to praise and worship GOD, strengthen and encourage each other, while serving as mentors for the young men of the congregation. Visitors are more than welcome to bring their sons and share in this fellowship.

IBOC Greeters
One of the first impressions of our church family is presented at the front door. The IBOC Greeters extend the love of GOD to everyone who comes through our doors. Their vision is to express to every visitor how important they are to GOD and to us. They create a warm, loving atmosphere while providing answers to questions concerning our ministry. Each visitor is humbly thanked for choosing to worship with us and encouraged to visit again. Lastly, every visitor is presented with an information gift packet about our ministry.

IBOC Media Ministry
The Media Ministry is designed to provide the vision and voice of GOD’s spoken word from HIM to His chosen messenger for the building up of the Body of Christ. The role of the Video and Audio team is to provide the viewer and listener a professional product of GOD’s Word that will challenge, encourage, and minister change to their lifestyle and ultimately changing their lives.
IBOC Musicians
GOD created music to glorify HIMSELF and reflect not only HIS elegance and HIS majesty, but also HIS heart. The IBOC Musicians play their instruments for the glory and honor of GOD. The Musicians Ministry is composed of men and women who serve with joy, peace, and true genuine love for GOD and the ministry. Their only paycheck comes at the end of every sermon, when lost souls come to the altar to confess and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
IBOC Parking Attendants
From the moment you leave your car you will be greeted by IBOC’s finest… “Parking Attendants.” These gentlemen are here to provide a safe and orderly flow of motorized traffic in and out of the main and overflow church parking lots. Many times, traffic can be a problem at a growing church where thousands of cars must be directed quickly and efficiently before and after every service. The IBOC Parking Attendants humbly take this challenge by ensuring things are done decent and in order.
IBOC Praise Dancers
The IBOC Praise Dancers are a group of teenage and young adult women who desire to give God praise. Each choreographed movement of their hands, feet and tambourines has special meaning and purpose. This dance praise team diligently serves at all morning services with joy. These young ladies represent God and themselves well! To be considered for this team, you must be a member of IBOC at least six months.
IBOC Servants
The IBOC Servants are a biblically based ministry of humble men who set the tone and the atmosphere of the church. The Servants (formerly known as Ushers) maintain humble attitudes toward serving GOD’s people. Their objective is to ensure that each person who enters GOD’s house feels peace, joy and happiness.
Colossians 3:23-24
“And whatever ye do, do it heartily, as to the LORD and not unto men.”
IBOC Transportation Team
The IBOC Transportation Team is another group of inspired, born-again servants. This group of volunteers provide transportation to members of IBOC. They consider it a privilege and an honor to provide this service to the Body of Christ.
IBOC Vital Organs
The IBOC Teens are also called the “Vital Organs” because these teens are vital to the future growth and development of the Body Of Christ. We create an arena for our young people to not only have a fair, simplified opportunity to accept Christ, but to also benefit from the teachings of Christ.
We have established a monitored, safe and spiritual environment that is beneficial and fun-spirited. Our goal is to incorporate programs for our teenagers to further enhance their spiritual, mental and social development. With a solid spiritual foundation, our teenagers are equipped to overcome the pressures of the world and be leaders vital to GOD’s work on earth.
Romans 8:37
“That if thou shall confess with thou mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that GOD raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
